A few weeks ago you might have seen my video titled video blogging 101, which explained how to get started video blogging and provided information on possible programs that you could use.

I also mentioned that I was going to do another video on how to optimize your video once it was ready to be released to the public.

Unfortunately, I got too busy and the follow-up video got pushed to the side. I was still trying to make time for it when I saw a video covering the same topic on SEOmoz a few days ago.  Rand and crew do a great job with their Whiteboard Fridays, so instead of repeating the same info, I decided to post their video here.
