Keeping Clients Happy
April 14, 2008 // Drew Stauffer
It seems like there is a lot of negative feedback when it comes to website development and SEO companies. Every other client we speak to has something bad to say about the last company. We get very excited when we get one of these clients because it gives us the chance to blow them away.
We know we are going to do a great job and we know the client is going to be excited about their new website. Here is a prime example:
You know the story of the Goldilocks? One bowl of porridge was too hot, one was too cold, and then one was just right. This analogy mirrors the experiences I had with website building companies until I was met by the team from Wildfire Productions. In this industry you often deal with way overpriced work, and on the other hand, lack of experienced work which will drag a project on forever. I dealt with both and was finally referred to Wildfire Productions who had fair, competitive pricing and more importantly, excellent work that was carried out in a timely manner. Here is my webpage to prove it: Popoyo House Rental.

Hi,
Great stuff…
Have you promoted this blog on Fast Pitch!(www.fastpitchnetworking.com)? It’s an online business network that has as one of it’s features a way to promote your blog to their audience of small business owners.
FP was actually just named Website of The Week by MSNBC’s ‘Your Business’ show for small business owners.
If you’re already on another network (LinkedIn, etc.) - no problem. Fast Pitch! takes a completely different approach. Compare Networks: http://www.fastpitchnetworking.com/comapre.cfm
Keep up the good work!
Tammy

There is a lot of potential for any web development company that will commit to meaningful brand critical standards of performance.
Unfortunately application development and web development firms are gaining a reputation about as good as used car sales.
Glad to hear you and your team are changing all of that!
Keep creating…a story worth repeating,
Mike
PS - are you in Charleston SC? I was just there doing client work…wow! What a beautiful place!

I know what you mean. The bad rap with website development and SEO is definitely a plenty.
But as long as I take care of my client, I’m happy.
I actually live in Greenville SC just a few hours from Charleston. It is a beautiful city.

This is also a common experience here at Tempo. It seems that nearly every client finds us after they get burned.
