T-Mobile is a hack
March 16, 2006 // Drew Stauffer
I’ve been a loyal T-mobile customer for over 3 years and just recently I was able to test out their Award Winning Customer Service.
My phone started to drop calls all the time last Oct. I called T-mobile and their suggestion was a new phone. I had the phone for literally 5 mins before the problem presented itself again. Four phones later, I still can’t make a call for longer than 2 mins. They will only let me out of my contract for their spiffy little $200 Cancellation Fee.
If I had never gotten the first replacement phone, I would have been able to cancel my contract with no problem. Instead, the new phone extended my contract for another two years. Even though their new service never worked, they still want to hold me to their part of the contract.
If you have T-mobile I strongly suggest you get out of your contract as soon as possible!

I completely agree. T-mobile as well as other cell phone companies rely on their representatives to not explain in full what will happened depending on the choices you make. Good luck with that T-mobile company…
